- Proven experience with Spatial Data Transformation Tools: FME, ArcGIS
- Understanding of Spatial DMBS: Oracle/PostGIS/MS SQL Server 2008
- Good to have web server development experience in .NET/PHP/Java-based languages-environments
- Good to have development experience of plug-ins/Shell extensions to GIS applications
- Experience working with development and deployment of solutions to Azure (or similar hosted environments)
- Use of Enterprise Architect (Sparx Systems) for software engineering
