GIS Competence Center Service Manager

Prospective Candidates will need to

- Be Responsible for ensuring that the Infrastructure orders placed are aligned with business needs, processed, monitored/tracked until delivery to the customer.
- Be responsible for ensuring all Infrastructure services are delivered in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements and agreed upon project plans.
- Be responsible for the liaison between the chosen vendors (internal &/or external), the technical and operations service teams, the relevant country organizations and customer to ensure successful delivery of hardware & services.
- Act as SPOC to the business and interface with the various vendors (external), service line managers (internal) and change engineering teams (internal).
- Manage the global GCC Services offered to customers end-to-end (order to delivery).
- Operate all order fulfilment management request processes according to the infrastructure needs in line with business needs (GMSA IBM or internal GIS Infrastructure services).
- Place &/or validate with technical teams, infrastructure orders/services (standard and non-standard orders).

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Operational excellence: measurement through BSC/KPIs and customer satisfaction

surveys.
- Achievement of service levels corresponding in line with performance targets set with

external/internal vendors (price/performance etc.)
