GIS Application Architect Job

GIS APPLICATION ARCHITECT is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in PORTLAND, OR

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

-  GIS Application Architect will be supporting Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Graphic Work Design applications (GWD) running on Windows OS.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

-  Activities include installations, build/test support, code migration, system design support and environment support for 3rd Tier GIS Implementation

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

-  Installation/Configuration of ESRI/Schneider products (arcGIS, ArcFM)
- Assist with the documentation of Migration, Security, Configuration of the overall solution
- Knowledge of windows OS, .NET technologies, Scripting language (Python)
- Oracle Database and SQL experience. Application DBA
- Administered applications on windows Servers, IIS, etc.
- Able to communicate and articulate point-of-view between cross-functional teams
- Relevant or suitable Technical degrees

-  Defining technical architecture
- Schneider and ESRI Application Tuning
- Performance Test scenario creation and Scripting.
- Application and Infrastructure performance analysis and troubleshooting
- Database, Application Tier and Web/integration tier analysis and troubleshooting
