We are currently recruiting for a new and exciting role within Retail Banking in theMidlands. The purpose of the role is to aid and support the monitoring of Conduct Risk across the business. Salary: £35,000.00- £45.000.00 Accountabilities: * Conduct risk manager support. * Support training and help embed the organisation's commitment to fairness, value and social responsibility in all dealings with customers. * Ensure that all TCF frameworks and Network policies, processes, procedures and practices are fully embedded also. * Data collection and reporting on Conduct Risk. * Risk oversight Skills/Experience * FSA and legislative regulations relating to TCF, Conduct Risk, * Operational Risk frame work knowledge * Strong stakeholder management * Good communication skills both written and verbally This role is an excellent opportunity develop your skills and career.
