German Speaking SAP Developer (SAP ERP/HCM)

Projektbeschreibung
Senior SAP Developer (in SAP ERP/HCM environment) needed to help maintain existing functionalities and realise enhancements within HR IT of an investment bank in Basel/Zurich. HR IT is a global function providing services to HR teams whilst supporting their customers in 32 countries and 64 locations across the world. HR IT leads the delivery of the major HR technology programmes for the client whilst providing on-going maintenance and Run the Bank activities for a host of widely used applications.
SAP Swiss Payroll performs the payroll for all Swiss employees of UBS (approx. 25'000 employees). The employee base data itself is maintained in a global application called HRi which provides the data to all HR systems including SAP Swiss Payroll.
The role of a Senior SAP Developer requires excellent technical and architectural skills in the SAP ERP/HCM environment to maintain existing functionalities as well as to realise enhancements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for design and implementation of the Swiss Payroll engine (customization) and reports and interface (workbench). Strong technical leadership in all areas of data design, implementation and administration is required as well as the will to participate in day-to-day development and 3rd level support work.
Required Skills:
- Fluent German & English
- Highly committed, reliable, responsive, tactful, patient and customer service oriented
- Able to manage dynamic situations and changing priorities whilst maintaining a structured design/development approach is essential.
- Knowledge and experience of Swiss Payroll
The candidate is expected to have previous industry experience in software development on the SAP ERP/HCM platform using the following tools/technologies:
- SAP ERP/HCM (PY, PA, ESS)
- ABAP, ABAP Objects
- Customizing Payroll
- Interfaces (RFC, BAPI, Batch Input, IDoc, ALE, SOAP)
- BADI, User Exits
- Webservices, XML/XSLT
- WebDynpro
- Queries/Infosets
- SmartForms, SAPScript
- Test automation
This role is ONLY applicable to candidates with EU Passport/Swiss permit holders.
