DESCRIPTION:
- Program/Project Managers are responsible for delivering the objectives of a number of inter-linked global and/or cross functional projects building together an entire strategic program
- Managing all aspects of a program/project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Manage a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a Matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
SKILLS:
- Over 6 years of experience in Project Management within the banking industry
- Extensive experience working in large, international program organizations
- Experience working on Regulatory projects
- Fluency in English, good German skills
Advantageous skills:
- Experience working in a Swiss bank
- Proven record of implementing complex project on time and within budget
