Our client, a leader in its industry, is urgently searching for a Real-Estate Project Consultant who is fluent in German and can help them on the following tasks:

* management and employees of international IT projects in the area Real Estate
* Support and development of existing and future real estate solutions of the client such as ingress, safety, construction cost, lease and facility management

Must have qualifications:

* IT generalist with strong management skills and business administration background necessary
* Strong project management skills necessary
* Experience with business processes necessary
* Experience in requirements management/requirements engineering necessary
* Experience in Real Estate Solutions (eg: Eargus, Archibus, Andromeda, ...) is an advantage

Personal qualifications:

* Independence
* agile and innovative thinking and action
* excellent communication skills
* understanding of the customer requirements
* good appearance
* Product awareness

Languages:
* Fluent in English and German
