On behalf of our client, one of the largest financial institutions, we are looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING PROJECT OFFICER (BANKING). For this 3 MONTH CONTRACT WITH RENEWAL position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate, who is AVAILABLE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- produce status reports and financial forecasts as part of organizational deliverables
- work on identification of financial risks
- provide administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management
- ownership of the financial control framework for the organization
- maintain resource planning together with the team leads
- Invoice handling split and coding of the organization
- accruals control of the organization
WHO I AM LOOKING FOR:
- Over 5 years of experience as Project Management Officer experience in financial services industry
- Background in Accounting/Controlling and/or degree in Accounting and Finance
- Experience with Clarity OnePPM project portfolio management tool is a must
- Excellent command of MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Fluent English and German (oral and written)
