Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry.
We are looking for a PMO with OnePPM support experience. For this contract position based in Zürich, our client is looking for a German and English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.
PMO role to support the central Digital Private Bank Program
- onePPM support (planning, forecasts, project opening)
- Status reporting
- Set-up governance bodies/Ensure meetings
- Coordinate/develop presentations for governance bodies
- Logistics, agendas & meeting minutes at governance bodies
- Communication Planning
- Intranet/Articles development
- Stakeholder Management/Events Planning
- Financials and headcounts (budgets/forecasts/actuals) - standard monthly reports & ad-hoc analyses
- Monitoring & approval of expenses
- Resource/capacity planning
- Contract/Vendor Management
- Issues tracking
- Risk Management
- Logistics, agendas & meeting minutes
- SharePoint/Repositories maintenance
Skills:
- OnePPM
- MS Office - Excel, Word etc.
- MS Project
