GERMAN SPEAKING PMO (BANKING)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING PMO. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible. Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company then please have a look at the details:
ROLE:
The successful candidate would be part of a team responsible to support a large number of different projects across Application Delivery capability units. The focus for this role will be to support a project located in the area of client reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Release planning (with MS Project and PPT)
- Plan, control & correct timebooking and budgeting
- Organize and manage status meetings as well as SDLC milestone meetings (incl. minutes)
- Contract management (from approval request to archiving of contracts)
- Support project manager in general administrative tasks
SKILLS:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Project Officer/PMO
- Experience working in a Swiss bank
- Sound understanding of SDLC and its processes
- Strong user of the MS Office suite as well as JIRA
- Fluent in English and German (both verbal and written)
- Very well organized and capable to work independently
