On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Junior Performance Analyst. Are you a passionate Junior Performance Analyst who is looking for a new and exciting challenge?

Main responsibilities:

- Handle Global Investment Performance Standards related topics from all areas/locations of the bank
- Ensure the implementation of the CIO views in the bank's Portfolio Management System in terms of internal tactical grids upload; ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintenance of the internal performance data related systems
- Monitor and review performance development of client accounts and identify/analyze performance outliers
- Generate and review performance analysis reports; analyze the results in terms of performance contribution and/or attribution
- Enhance and/or develop IT solutions to handle performance measurement related topics

The skills and experience needed for these positions are:

- 2+ years of experience in banking industry
- Profound IT knowledge (MS Office, MS Access, knowledge in VBA, SQL appreciated)
- Strong organizational and planning skills as well as cross-linked thinking
- Ability to deliver constant good quality under high pressure
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
