GERMAN SPEAKING SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER (PAYMENTS)
On behalf of our client, a leading global company, we are looking for a SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE PAYMENTS AREA. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for a German and English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. ROLE:
- The IT Project Manager is responsible for project delivery in time, within agreed budget, in good quality and with the defined scope. He/She plans, organizes and tracks projects end-to-end.
- He/She will strong support the requirements engineering activities with his/her business know-how about payment methods and processes (domestic and international).
- The ability to manage multi-cultural project teams (partially located at offshore locations) and to integrate software components delivered by third party vendors.
SKILLS:
- Over 7 years of experience in project management
- Solid Track Record in delivery of IT system integration projects in financial services, especially in the payments area
- Know-how of global and domestic payment methods, flows, services and processing
- Experience with JAVA Enterprise, Linux/Unix, Oracle databases, SQL, MQ, Oracle SOA Suite and Mainframe (PL1, DB2, IMS, CICS) is a plus.
- Strong planning and tracking skillsanna conr, good understanding of front to back testing
- Can-Do mentality and solution orientation
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Manages the overall program and structure
- Will have comprehensive delivery responsibility for scope
- Will be responsible for business stakeholder management on project and program level
- German and English language at least on a conversational level
- PMP or IPMA or similar qualification required
- Experience in both waterfall and agile methodology
