On behalf of our client, a leading Private Bank in Zürich, we are looking for a German speaking IT PMO with proven experience delivering on IT projects.

Main responsibilities:

- Support conceptional work and providing presentations and documents
- Monitoring and Tracking of the Deliverables, Milestones and Working Packages
- Coordination of meetings, telephone and video conferences, meeting minutes
- Support coordination of stakeholders
- Support training and communication
- Support coordination with other projects
- Support Planning
- Support Quality Assurance
- Special tasks in consultation with Rollout Manager

The skills and experience needed for these positions are:

- Over 5 years of experience as an IT PMO
- Good understand of technologies and IT environments
- Experienced PMO in the financial industry/banking industry
- Good communication skills with fluency in English and German
- Ability to provide a Management adequate level of presentations and documentation
