7N is a main provider of high-end IT and Finance specialists for client projects globally.

For one of our clients in Switzerland we are currently looking for the following expert:

Role:IT HELPDESK SUPPORTER (M/F) - GERMAN-SPEAKING- Project location: Switzerland

Start: January 2018/ASAP

Project duration: 6 - 12 months

Languages: German (mandatory), English (fluent)

+ other languages are a plus (e. g. Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian etc.)

Volume: fulltime

Required key skills:

-

Profound Helpdesk project experience
-

Ability to analyze and resolve various upcoming incidents (1st and 2nd level support)
-

Experience with MS Exchange, all MS-products incl. server, Citrix and other basic infrastructure
-

Experience of printer support
-

Strong technical background
-

Strong customer focus
-

Good communication skills
