For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for a
IT BUSINESS ANALYST HEDGE ACCOUNTING (2131)
YOUR TASKS:
- Exciting and challenging role as IT Business Analyst within an international and multi-cultural team responsible for global Treasury IT projects
- Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering in Hedge Accounting area
- Responsibility to elicit, analyze, document, specify and manage functional and non-functional requirements as well as business processes for IT projects
- Independently investigate business problems and formulate solution proposals
- Participating in integration and user acceptance testing
- Adoption of common standards, processes and tools across own deliverables
- Creating Entity Relationship diagrams, database models and UML diagrams
- Ensure a professional, sustainable and strong stakeholder management with all relevant internal and external project parties involved, including but not limited to sponsors, team leads, feeders, senior management and business counterparts
- International and agile environment
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor, Master or University Degree or equal qualifying experience in Information Technology or Computer Science
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering in banking IT projects
- Flexible and open-minded towards new methodologies and technologies like Kanban/Scrum and Test Driven Development
- ABILITY TO READ JAVA AND PL/SQL SOURCE CODE
- Solid SQL knowledge and ability to apply it in day-to-day work
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Proactive and reliable personality who works independently
- EXPERIENCE IN FINANCE PRODUCTS LIKE SWAPS, DERIVATIVES, BONDS AND INTEREST RATE RISK MANAGEMENT OR ASSET/LIABILITY MANAGEMENT
