For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

GERMAN SPEAKING FINANCING SPECIALIST - REAL ESTATE INTERNATIONAL (4692)

Real Estate International runs property funds which invest in Europe and globally. Currently they are working on acquiring and selling properties for 4 funds. The challenge for the ideal candidate lies in the structuring and financing of the deals.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE FINANCING
- KNOWLEDGE IN NEGOTIATING AND CONCLUDING FINANCE AND SECURITY DOCUMENTS (EG LMA FACILITY AGREEMENT) FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF BORROWERS IN DIFFERENT JURISDICTIONS
- ABILITY TO DEAL AND MANAGE EXTERNAL PARTIES, SUCH AS LENDER, LAWYERS, PROPERTY MANAGER, TAX CONSULTANTS AND IN AN INTERNAL MATRIX ORGANIZATION
- EXISTING MULTINATIONAL NETWORK
- University degree in law, business or finance or equivalent
- Fluency in English and German other languages would be beneficial

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:

- Responsibility for their party financing on specific deals
- Structuring, evaluating, negotiating and concluding mortgage financing solutions in a very tight time frame
- Refinancing of existing properties
- Involved in negotiating and drawing up loan and security documents with external lawyers
