GERMAN SPEAKING COMPLIANCE OFFICER - AML/KYC (4631)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN RISK MANAGEMENT, RISK CONTROL, AUDIT OR COMPLIANCE, IDEALLY WITHIN THE FINANCIAL/BANKING ENVIRONMENT
- EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF AML/KYC REGULATIONS IN SWITZERLAND
- Good understanding of banking relevant regulations in Switzerland
- Solid understanding of various business activities of a Universal Bank
- Proactive approach and analytical mindset
- Team player with strong communication skills
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing impact analyses and (re)designing of processes and tools
- Updating of existing policy documents and working instructions
- Representing the Compliance team in working groups
- Building and maintaining close relationships with relevant partners in Compliance, Multichannel Management & Digitization, Origination, Legal, Business Risk Management and Operations
