German Speaking Business and IT Project Manager w/HR Consulting Backgr

For a strategy project in the Human Capital Development department of our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a

GERMAN SPEAKING BUSINESS AND IT PROJECT MANAGER W/HR CONSULTING BACKGROUND (2061)

CORE PROJECT TEAM TASKS:

- Set project framework and provide general project guidance in Human Capital Strategy Development project
- Facilitate coordination across 7 Work Streams and access to Sponsor, Advisors and other stakeholders, data sources, etc.
- Review draft deliverables, syndicate with key stakeholders and agree on final recommendations
- Oversee project progress and report status update to Sponsors

REQUIRED SKILLSET:

- Experience as Sub-Project Manager/Project Manager (functional/business themes as well as IT-Implementation)
- Experience with one or more of the following: Human Capital Delivery Model, Workforce Planning, Mobility, Diversity, Talent Management, Skills development, Leadership behavior
- Presentation skills for Middle-Management
- Good to very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Leadership skills to steer and motivate a smaller team as well as a high number of individuals in an international environment
- Works autonomous, delivers high quality, client and result orientated
- Assertiveness against management and employees
- Ability to work under pressure and open to changing environment
- Good to very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in German and English (at least Level C1 in both)
