German Speaking Business Analyst - Priips, IDD, EMIR/Finfrag (4630)

For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

GERMAN SPEAKING BUSINESS ANALYST - PRIIPS, IDD, EMIR/FINFRAG (4630)

You will take over the lead for all regulatory initiatives within the Product Management team for life insurance products (mainly PRIIPS, IDD, EMIR/Finfrag and GDPR) and support the analysis, implementation and documentation.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- MULTIPLE YEARS EXPERIENCE AS BUSINESS ANALYST, PREFERABLY IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY, IDEALLY WITH INSURANCE BACKGROUND
- STRONG KNOWLEDGE ABOUT REGULATORY INITIATIVES (PRIIPS, IDD, EMIR/FINFRAG AND GDPR)
- INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE AND FAMILIARITY WITH OPERATIONAL PROCESSES WOULD BE HELPFUL
- Some project management skills, especially stakeholder management and ability to push implementation forward
- Capability to drive a project from the analysis to the implementation (end-to-end)
- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH, GERMAN HIGHLY DESIRABLE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide a detailed analysis of the impact, incl. legal sign-offs where required (internal and external)
- Prepare an implementation concept and plan based on the analysis and coordinate it
- Being responsible, together with the colleagues in the team, to ensure the implementation
- Provide documentation about the analysis and implemented solution
