For a project at our client, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced GERMAN SPEAKING BUSINESS ANALYST - CREDIT RISK (4921).
The ideal candidate will be working on the Risk Strategic Change, where you will be supporting the business division Chief Risk Officers and the Firm-Wide Risk functions.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST PREFERABLY WITHIN RISK MANAGEMENT
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN PROCESS MANAGEMENT AND DESIGN
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF IT AND BANKING PROCESSES
- Experience with credit risk and the understanding of implementing regulatory projects in large banks would be a plus
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills as well as ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
- Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
- Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
- Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
- Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
- Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria
