For a project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
GERMAN SPEAKING BA/PM - COST ALLOCATION PROCESSES (4748)
This is a hybrid role where the ideal candidate brings experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager within finance. You will be help setting up a new Target Operating Model for new global cost allocation processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST AND PROJECT MANAGER IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY OR CONSULTING BACKGROUND
- BACKGROUND IN SETTING UP NEW TARGET OPERATING MODELS, WITH FOCUS ON COST ALLOCATIONS PREFERRED
- Excellent experience in process analysis and documentation of business processes
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with SME's from key business areas developing a current state analysis and elaborating proposal for future state
- Development of the RFP documentation
- Structuring, planning and tracking of the project
- Defining project objectives and deliverables in partnership with key stakeholders
- Setting up governance structure and managing key stakeholders
- Defining project objectives and deliverables in partnership with key stakeholders
- Provide detailed monthly project report
