For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an APPLICATION SUPPORTER FOR 3RD PARTY APPLICATIONS (SQL SERVER) (2197)
We are looking for Technical inhouse lead for a 3rd party application.
The candidate is responsible to integrate the changed/new functionality of the application to the clients environment.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Production support
- Supervision of production support processes
- Responsible for the incident-, change-, release-, and Problem management processes
- Defect analysing
- Write IT specifications and requirements for 3rd party software vendor
- GAP specification within existing documents
- End user- and second level support
Engineering and implementation
- Member of implementation projects
- Track 3rd party vendor on deliverables
- Analyze and specify customer business requirements
- Analyze and specify technical requirements
- Parameterization and customization of the application OBS
- Contribute to change- and release management processes
- System test and roll out of new functionality
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree or similar education preferably in information technology or information management
- CODING EXPERIENCE IN ORACLE SQL & PL/SQL AND/OR MS-SQL SERVER T-SQL
- EXPERIENCE IN LEADING SMALL OR MEDIUM SIZED IT-TEAMS
- Good knowledge of financial instruments (Bonds, Funds, FX, TOFF,..)
- KNOWLEDGE OF BANKING INDUSTRY
- Sound know how in transaction banking processes
- Knowledge about withholding taxing processes
- Technical knowledge about Unix, Windows and Linux
- EXPERIENCE AS IT SPECIALIST IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY FOR AT LEAST 6 YEARS
FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AND GERMAN IS MANDATORY FOR THIS ROLE.
