Main responsibilities:
- Support administrative work across different units
- Coordination of meetings, telephone and video conferences, meeting minutes
- Administrative management of external employee process
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience with coordinating administrative tasks for different stakeholders
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel)
- Experience in project work is a plus
- Well-structured and proactive mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Fluent in English, German and any other additional language is an asset
