As German speaking Account Executive you will:
- Know the planning cycles and provide the right products and prices within client deadlines.
- Know your market place
- Ensure a thorough service is given at all times in line with company KPI's
- Spot trend and analyse how you can improve booking levels
- Agree service level agreements with clients to ensure that clients are looked after appropriately
- Discuss payment procedures with clients
- Hand-over converted business to the operations team
- Co-ordinate quotes with the product directing business to key partners
- Co-ordinate data entry for Offline FIT
- Help with brochuring and marketing material
- Meet with clients (abroad) if necessary, including FAM and inspection trips
- Produce regular special offers to be sent to clients, partners and prospective business
- Input into product development by keeping up to date with new hotels or other travel related products
The successful German speaking Account Executive will have excellent customer service skills, with a strong attention to detail, with excellent communication skills in English and German. The role as an Account Executive will suit someone with experience of working with FIT/Group reservations or B2B Account management experience.
