German Lotus Notes Application Support Analyst, 3 months contract
My client is looking for the German Lotus Notes Application Support Analyst for their Dublin South office.
Role requires Lotus Notes expertise and fluent German. Role will provide level II support in Lotus Notes to the service desk and other technical teams. So this is not a front line customer facing role, but the candidate may be required to take over Lotus Notes related calls or call back customers for difficult Lotus Notes issues.
Main Requirement:
Proficient knowledge of Lotus Notes 7.x & 8.x
Proficient knowledge of the Windows 7 platform
Profound understanding of Domino platform
Quest migration tools (nice to have)
Fluent German (mandatory)
Service Desk Experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
