SCRUM IT PROJECT MANAGER

Our client, headquartered in Zurich, is an important subsidiary of a global company in the finance industry. We are looking for a Scrum IT Project Manager who can start as soon as possible.

WE OFFER:

- Challenging and interesting position in the area Client Reporting, Tax and Corporate Client Solutions
- Responsibility to proactively plan, manage and control a project in terms of time, cost, quality and ensure adherence to deadlines with agile development methods
- Manage multiple dependencies to related applications in an heterogeneous environment
- Accountability for issuing project status reports and for ensuring profound and timely information to all involved stakeholders
- Platform and environment to manage project risks, to establish all necessary project documentation and to ensure adherence to internal project delivery processes
- Responsibility for leading and managing the project team as well as multiple stakeholders on different levels (vendor, different business areas etc.)

YOU OFFER:

- Over 3 years experience in project management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
- University degree, preferably in an IT related area
- Certification as IT Project Manager (Prince 2, PMP,IPMA, etc.)
- Proven track record with at least 5+ years of experience in managing software development projects
- Excellent project management skills and experience with agile delivery methods
- Excellent team-player with the ability to cooperate with internal as well as external teams characterized by mutual respect, openness and trust
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of banking environment as well as experience in the financial sector is a plus
- Fluent German (reading) and English language skills
