German/French speaking Site Manager (SIA skilled)
JOB SUMMARY:
The job consists of requirement analysis of Telecom central office, infra work, fix network equipment installation & commissioning, power equipment installation & commissioning and leading all work in Central office as below
- Passive Infra work: ODF, Rack, Fiber Guide System, Metal Cable tray, Raise Floor, Grounding, etc.
- Ground Infra work: Room Civil Work, Interior decoration, environment monitoring, security system, lighting, fire protection system, etc.
- Equipment installation & commissioning: OLT,RPU(Remote Power Unit),etc
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- E2E Site Implementation
- Coordination with customer and Partners
- Forecast responsibility
- Kickoff meeting leading, planning, review & approval of the kickoff Protocol, submission to customer
- Regular meeting with customer and partners
- Progress tracking, review and issue resolving
- Risk mitigation and Escalation
- Set up a structural report for the quality check by site.
- Acceptance of site implementation
- Assist the PM when requested
- Lead the final acceptance and handover of the site to customer
- Risk mitigation and Escalation
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of Telecom infra work
- Be familiar with related SIA and other local codes
- Minimum 5 years Telecom infra experience in different and complex project
- Analytic mind, problem solving, demonstrated ability in finding multi technical solutions, good interpersonal skills, customer influence capability and coordination competency
- Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment
- With common knowledge of relevant laws, business, finance, and bidding project experience
- Excellent German or French is a must. With good English verbal and written ability
- Will be better to be familiar with optical access network engineering design standards and specifications, relevant products and elements knowledge, and various planning & design tools
