German/English Speaking Cisco engineer
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a German/English speaking Cisco engineer to join well established blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices in Werthenstein Switzerland.
As a German/English speaking Cisco engineer you will be responsible for the following:
10th and 11th to carry out testing (making internal and external calls, receiving external calls, testing voicemail etc) and removal from the desk of the Legacy phones to a central storage area.
13th and 14th - Hypercare (day one support). Assist the client with recording any issues raise by the end users and assist the client with resolving issues.
CCNA would be beneficial
