German/Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor

My client currently requires a German/Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their rapidly growing team

The successful applicant will have to be:

- Fully fluent spoken and written German/Dutch language skills to native/fluent standard (including business correspondence) and thorough understanding of the native/fluent culture.
- Previous experience in a call centre/customer service environment.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to operate a Desktop Computer System and possess a familiarity of Operating System (Windows 2000), MS Word & Excel
- Familiarity with navigating an Internet/Intranet using Internet Explorer
- Demonstrated ability in using Communication applications such as telephony equipment
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
- Minimum of high school, college education
- 1 year customer contact experience, either face-to-face or over the telephone.
- Automotive knowledge or experience preferred
