* Technical leader in all aspects of development work, including an understanding of the regional context
* Skilled in the fundamentals of reservoir, drilling and completions and facilities aspects of development work
* Pragmatic and proactive goal-oriented team player who is good at negotiating and compromising with other teams over shared resources and other conflicts
* Strong geological workstations skills.
* Excellent communicator, including very strong technical presentation and writing skills, as well as negotiating skills
* Well versed in well log interpretation and preparation of geologic maps/cross sections from that data.
Additional Desired Qualifications
* Mid-Con experience preferred
** Working knowledge of Openworks, Petrel, GeoGraphix and ARC-GIS are preferred
