Geologist

* Demonstrated team player capable of working in a multi-discipline team environment with the desire to share knowledge
* Advanced skills in Reservoir Characterization and Field production techniques, including thorough understanding of petrophysical methods, water saturation modeling including capillary pressure methods, permeability modeling methods, flow unit understanding.
* Strong command of reservoir geophysics. Expertise in rock property analysis, seismic attributes and the integration of geophysical, geological and engineering data into a reservoir model, and reservoir architecture prediction from seismic and well data.
* Strong workstation skills preferably in Geoquest products, including Petrel.
* Demonstrable skills utilizing geostatistics and uncertainty analysis into interpretations.
* Experience in field mapping techniques.
* Significant experience in deep marine depositional systems, as well as a balanced background in clastics.
* Significant interpretational experience with varied structural settings and depositional environments.
* Significant experience and demonstrated ability to categorize and estimate reserves based on SEC and SPE methodology.
* Understanding of reservoir simulation methods and upscaling techniques
* Experience with software or other tools related to Reservoir Modeling, Reservoir Simulation and seismic attribute software a definite plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
