GENESYS TECHNICAL EXPERT
GENESYS TECHNICAL EXPERT - You will be working on an exciting opportunity for an industry leading Telecommunications Organisation based in Brussels. You will play a pivotal part in supporting the Contact Center Platform where more than 4000 agents work. This will be a longer term freelance program with long term possibilities.
GENESYS AND SIP
- Troubleshooting Experience Genesys 8.0 and higher Environment (Framework, Routing, Reporting, GVP/IVR, Outbound, Multi-channel Applications)
- Genesys CCPulse, both for voice and IWD (Java)
- NICE WFM
- Genesys Infomart
- Genesys Intelligent Workload Distribution (IWD)
- Good Working experience in UNIX/Linux SQL, Shell Scripting, Oracle
- Profound knowledge of Windows and .NET environment
GENESYS TECHNICAL EXPERT MUST HAVE:
- Experience in Genesys support
- Call Centre support experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in SIP Servers, SIP call analysis and SIP-Trunking
- Experience in Infomart report handling
- Incident and Problem management skills
GENESYS TECHNICAL EXPERT NICE TO HAVE:
- IWD application exposure
- Unix and SQL Queries
- Knowledge on XML, VXML, PHP, HTML, Web Server applications.
