- Genesys Framework Expert Required.
- Genesys Routing Expert Required.
- Genesys Multimedia (chat, email, etc) Expert Required.
- Genesys Agent Applications (GAD GPlus, etc) Expert Required.
- Genesys SIP Server Expert Required.
- SIP Technology Expert Required.
- RTP Technology Expert Required.
- WebSphere Voice Response Intermediate Desired.
- WebSphere Voice Server Intermediate Desired.
- Avaya PBX Intermediate Required.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Client will not accept subcontractors
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a Full time basis.
