GENESYS REPORT WRITER - REMOTE CONTRACT POSITION

Job Summary
This 3+ month contract remote opportunity is for a Genesys Report Writer role for a major health care provider. The individual in this role will lead the redesign, test, training, deployment and post deployment efforts using Genesys Interactive Insights Version: 8.1.100.30 in the Regional Call Center - NW Region.

The role will be as a reports development consultant for the call center. The Genesys Report Writer will create customized reports from data stored in Genesys Info Mart. The analyst will study the Info Mart star schema and construct SQL views and queries in designing reports. The Senior Analyst will have expert knowledge on Info Mart architecture, Info Mart star schema, fact and dimension tables, basic contact center measures, agent measures, utilizing user data, advanced metrics, aggregated data and call analysis. This will require strong working knowledge of the solutions to guide all portions of the effort as well as making recommendations on optimizing the solutions down to the data level. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 
1 year of experience with the Genesys family of solutions (Genesys Interactive Insights Version: 8.1.100.30) in a technical leaning environment with 2 years of experience with the latest version or one version back 
Experience in optimizing the solutions to meet business needs 
2 years of experience in troubleshooting defects 
2 years of experience in data analysis to ensure optimal performance of the application in a production environment 
Performing Quality Assurance, unit and system testing as well as complete documentation of deliverables. 
Experience with data cleansing and data quality processes. 
Ability to analyze and design methodologies for full system development life cycles. 

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

BS degree (Computer Science concentration preferred) or equivalent experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 
Experience in Health Care Industry. Three years of experience with NICE applications and Aspect. 
Experience in database architecture. 
Experience in system architectures.
