Your role

Do you like to have things done the right way? Do you know how to solve problems?

We are looking for someone like you who can help us as/with:

. We need an technical Genesys integration expert as neutral technical instance to review setup (new set of eye's) besides our IT, Infrastructure and 3rd party vendor
. Ensure a neutral view of the current and target set up for our Multichannel Contact Center solution with Genesys Solution, Telephony and third party vendor
. Reduce knowledge dependency on a single 3rd party vendor

Your team

You'll be working in the Multichannel Contact Center (MCCS) team in Zürich Altstetten.

Your experience and skills

You have:

. Excellent experience about Genesys solution with deep technical knowledge
. Excellent experience in how-to integrate Genesys into large enterprise environments, including infrastructure projects as telephony system replacement
. strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)

You are:

. an excellent analyst identifying problems and shortcomings considering future risk situations
. a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
. able to work under pressure, but still act as part of the team
. able to communicate technical topics to various target audiences including non-technical business representatives and senior management

Work Experience:

Minimum 10 Years
