Genesys Consultant

Consol Partners' client, a major player in the Dutch Unified Communications and Contact Centre Solutions market, is currently looking for a senior Genesys consultant to work on a long term project in Apeldoorn, Netherlands.

The Genesys consultant will be responsible for the technical and business implementation of a new platform, with particular focus around QM and WFM.

LANGUAGES: Fluency in English required, Dutch preferred but not essential

START DATE: Immediate

CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 months, extendable

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Genesys consultant ensures successful technical and business implementation of Genesys platform, specifically on WFM and QM.

SKILLS REQUIRED

5+ years' experience working on multiple Genesys projects

Minimum 3 years' experience with Genesys QM and Genesys WFM

Good communication skills and ideally solid experience in leading less experienced members through a successful implementation.
