JOB TITLE: GENERAL PRACTICE SURVEYOR

LOCATION: LONDON

CONTRACT LENGTH: 1 MONTH INITIALLY BUT WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY BE EXTENDED TO 4-6 MONTHS

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: Must be MRICS of FRICS. Experience of commercial OR domestic property valuations.

Demonstrate the application of technical knowledge, valuation methodology and legal requirements along with an understanding of the commercial and economic environment to inform decision making.

Demonstrate the ability to apply professional expertise to analyse, evaluate and interpret wide sources of evidence in order to reach sound conclusions.

Understand and comply with statutory and non-statutory requirements arising from legislation, case law, codes of practice and professional standards.

Provide assurance that their work meets professional standards and demonstrate an appreciation of the impact of individual contribution to the wider landscape.

Hold relevant qualification(s) and undertake continuing professional development, seeking learning and development opportunities throughout career.

Demonstrate a personal and professional commitment to the profession by actively participating in and promoting professional activities. Build and engage with internal and external networks to share professional knowledge and experience and to develop others.
