General Practice/Management Surveyor

Requirement:
General Practice/Management Surveyor required for an initial 3 month period. Not essential to be qualified if sufficiently experienced. Professional approach and appearance.

Role:
To manage Landlord & Tenant work as well as general estate management issues including boundary and property repair responsibilities, licences, wayleaves and easements.
Engagement with Council Service Departments, Public Bodies, Schools, Developers members of the public to understand their requirements and draft terms to document.
Preparation of heads of terms, plans and other documents.
Work with Solicitors to resolve queries and manage the process through to completion.
Answer general queries for the Councils freehold and leasehold portfolio.
Experience/ability Land/estate management related degree or equivalent standard.
Experience of working in an estate management role.
Good knowledge and experience of Landlord & Tenant work to include, rent reviews, lease renewals, break clauses, and in addition licences, wayleaves, easements, boundary disputes etc.
Capability to interpret legal documents and to appreciate their significance.
Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
Used to working as part of a team and taking responsibility for a defined area of work role.
