JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide general practice estate surveyor expertise and advice for the management of the Defence Built Estate.

Provision of Lease/licence management, advice to the main customer and liaison with other customers and stakeholders on all aspects of property management including; residential, telecommunications and commercial tenancies; lettings, hirings, rent reviews, rent arrears management and control, renewals, terminations, surrenders, dilapidations, Town and Country Planning, enforcement action, schedules of condition, casual use agreements, easements and way leaves, property maintenance, valuations, land registration, Lands Bye laws, minor disposals, acquisitions and management of consultants.

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

Deliver allocated programme of LMS, services and advice to include: lease renewals, rent reviews, hirings, lettings, occasional use, valuations, wayleaves, easements, damage claims, byelaws and any other ad hoc LMS services as required.

Provide general advice to all stakeholders on all LMS issues regarding Policy development and legislation; access, safeguarding and bylaws; Town & Country Planning and Rating.
