Interim General Manager for Medicine (Stroke, Elderly and Neurology) - 5 months

Practicus is partnering with an Acute Trust in the Midlands, supporting them with the recruitment of an Interim General Manager for their busy Medicine division, specifically to support Stroke, Elderly and Neurology services.

The Interim General Manager for Medicine will help deliver the day to day operational management of these services as well as lead on a number of initiatives currently underway including centralising Stroke services and improving the admission and discharge process across Elderly Care.

We are seeking a strong General Manager from an acute trust background with proven experience in Medicine. Stroke, Elderly and Neurology experience is desirable, but not essential. Given the extensive work involved in developing the Elderly Care Pathway, experience gained across Community Services would also be desirable.

We are aiming to submit suitable profiles to my client by Tuesday next week with interviews scheduled for w/c 29th October.
