General Manager- Aerospace

Huxley Associates is proud to be working for a very well reputed bespoke engineering company that operate within the Aerospace, Automotive and Defence sectors world wide. The role is General Manager and it is an immediate requirement. They are growing rapidly and have achieved year on year growth. They are a well established business of over 20 years that are very successful and looking to take this growth to the next level. The candidate will be required to manage all operations, finance, sales and marketing - whilst having the autonomy the take the business to new heights. In this key role, you will come in to help exceed operation and productivity goals and ensure customer delivery is 100%. You'll have a proven track record in a high-volume, fast-paced environments, ideally within the Aerospace or Automotive sector. You will have had experience of managing teams involved in multiple areas, coupled with an understanding of the kinds of initiatives that drive performance. The salary on offer is circa £70,000 + plus bonus, company car/allowance and pension and healthcare.
