Deployment Lead, HR, Large scale transformation, Regional Deployment Lead - HR Transformation

We are looking for a experienced Deployment Lead to lead the successful deployment of new HR technology, processes, operating model, service delivery model, behaviours and business case/outcomes to a number locations globally.

To be successful in this position you will need demonstrable experience leading the delivery of Global HR transformations into a major bank, whilst also taking on leadership responsibilities. You will need previous experience dealing with large numbers of senior stakeholders in multiple locations and time zones worldwide. You will also need to demonstrate end to end programme experience.
