Gatekeeper - IT Ticketing

We re looking for someone who can act as the Gatekeeper for our clients IT ticketing queue. S/He will enter the initial priority of the ticket and maintain all ticket data until it the ticket receives a new owner.

Gatekeeper will ensure tickets are processed according to SLA.
