Gas Trader/Cross Commodity

For an interational Utility which is in charge of production, transmission and distribution of electricity, production and storage of natural gas and constantly invests in renewable energy sources I'm currently looking for a

Energy Trader (m/f)

Responsibilities:

* Proprietary trading in energy commodities and derivatives (oil, gas, power, emissions, ?).
* Manage own book within defined limits.
* Pricing for customers in the continental power and gas market.

Qualifications and competencies:

* University degree in economics, mathematics, engineering or similar.
* Several years of commodities trading experience in a bank or trading house will be an advantage, as well as
* Knowledge of the power and gas market in Germany.
* Meticulous and organized.
* Proactive and ability to persevere.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills including modeling.
* Fluent in English.
