PROJECT MANAGER II - Manage all facets of technical projects to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality goals.

The role is of a technical PM. The PM is required to learn and understand the full end-to-end impacts of an initiative.
- Align dates and schedules across internal teams (Development, QA, and Production Support Teams) and external teams. Need to be cognizant of current projects already scheduled at that time, the priority of the project being introduced (time-to-market, revenue sales generation, and savings/efficiencies).
- Manage and track the project throughout its Software Development Lifecycle and update the enterprise wide project management tool of alignment and project status.
- Resolve problems without impacting schedules or projects and escalate when necessary
- Provide weekly status updates
- Must have strong technical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have experience working with offsite team member and handling offshore resources.
- Must have experience managing agile projects
- Release management experience a plus
- Prior experience as an analyst a plus
- Experience using Clarity, Sharepoint, JIRA and QC a plus
