3+ years of customer support experience
3+ years of Healthcare Billing experience.
2 years of experience producing BUSINESS AND/OR TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION related to the requirements, specifications, TRACEABILITY MATRICES, DESIGN, PROCESS AND DATA FLOW DIAGRAMS, DATA MIGRATION, DATA MODELLING TESTING, AND TRAINING.
1 year of demonstrated ability to communicate TECHNICAL CONCEPTS to non-technical audiences.
2 years of experience training and mentoring staff.
2 years of experience translating BUSINESS PROCESS REQUIREMENTS into technical requirements
1 year experience of VALIDATING USER REQUIREMENTS, PROVIDING WRITTEN TEST PLANS, verifying product functionality and coordinating testing activities.
2 years of experience TESTING WEB-BASED APPLICATIONS.
