Projektbeschreibung
The role is for a Front Office FX e-Commerce support group, which has an opening for an individual to support internal and external users in the business. There are several applications to support including FX 3rd party ECN's and you will be situated next to the Traders. You will also be involved supporting trade queries, pricing inquiries and user connectivity.
You must have experience working in an Investment Bank in trading support environment. Previous experience of connectivity and application troubleshooting is a must. Any knowledge of commodities is a plus but not necessary.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a hugely successful platform at a top investment bank.
This is a permanent opportunity paying £45-55K.
