FX Application Support Analyst AVP

Application Support Analyst, SQL, Risk, Unix, Sybase, Scripting, FX, Front Office

A Tier 1 Investment Bank is looking to hire an Application Support Analyst to join their FX Application Management team.

- Work in the Application Management IT Support Team
- Engage with business users and the development team, and act as a conduit between them
- Build strong relationship and rapport with business users
- Continuously look for improvement opportunity within the team, processes and procedures
- Participate in global or new enhancement rollout of new applications
- Participate, contribute and add value within the global FX IT Support team

The successful candidate must have:

- Hands-on exposure to FX, Front Office pricing and trading applications
- In-depth understanding of pricing and risk management models of financial products
- In addition to business knowledge, must be technically competent in Unix, Sybase SQL and scripting
- Hands on experience with Reuters and Bloomberg
- Familiar with ITIL methodology
