FUTURE OF FINANCE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

On behalf of our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Zürich, we are looking for a FUTURE OF FINANCE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER.

Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company then please have a look at the details:

ROLE:

- Collaborate with the "Future of Finance" team to execute the communication plan for the FoF programme
- Ensure all communications to the Finance community are of consistent high quality and meet the need of the target audience
- Support the FoF team in defining key messages and visuals for major FLT events, including the preparation of townhalls with the Finance Community
- Collaborate with the Global Finance Communication Lead and Comms Leadership team, to ensure alignment with Company-wide comms plan and comms standards
- Support the FoF Change Lead with comms planning and execution to ensure achievement of the behavioral changes required by the FoF program
- Help define the channel strategy (yammer; intranet; e-mail etc) for the Finance Community and ensure content is channel appropriate, engaging and up to date
- Provide measured results to demonstrate campaign and communications effectiveness, and suggest area for improvement
- Helps develop campaigns to engage employees in Global Opex initiatives and encourage them to contribute ideas and share success
- Manage the Global Opex pages and ensure content is up to date, working with Package Owner leads and regional change leads to develop content as necessary
- Champion digital sharing of internal content and the use of new technology including Yammer to increase staff engagement in Global Opex
- Seek out news and stories which will engage staff and support our key messages and create engaging copy, videos and other material and share this through the appropriate channel
- Monitor the 'Global Opex inbox route queries to the appropriate lead and follow up

SKILLS:

- Over 7 proven years of Corporate Communications experience (ideally in a financial or pharmaceutical environment)
- Business oriented with strong communication skills
- Strong writing skills with experience writing for a variety of audiences
- Demonstrable experience using Yammer, Office 365 and SharePoint 2016
- Experience of successfully managing complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders, from start to finish
- Experience in working with multicultural teams
- Pragmatic but with attention to detail
- Self-starter and able to work under minimum supervision
- Experience using graphic design or video editing software desirable
- Strong ethics and integrity with ability to keep matters highly confidential
- Result oriented, motivated, reliable and trustworthy
- English fluent
