For our client, a global company that provides a portfolio of IT services, software, and technology with a major project in the financial sector, we are currently looking for a Funktional Analyst - Reporting (m/f) on a permanent basis.

Start: ASAP
Location: Frankfurt
Contract: Permanent

Background:
Our client is taking over the management (process and communication design) of a platform that manages the whole Infrastructure and the ITSM of a complex international financial organisation. The role of the Functional Analyst is to act as the coordinator/translator between the Users/internal teams and the external maintenance team of the platform.

Tasks:
- Capture requirements for Reporting from the Requester
- Develop requirements and gain agreement
- Create design documentation for reporting and gain sign-off
- Development of and conducting User Training for Reporting
- Feedback progress to Service Co-ordinator/directly to Requester
- Support production and maintenance of SOPs and other documentation
- Regular review and update of Reporting documentation
- Manage Improvement plans and drives improvements, based on agreed actions
- Contribute to approval process for Normal Changes
- Evaluate and Analyst CR/SR (change/service requests)
- Production and maintenance of standard operating procedures of the functionalities in HP ERM

Skills:
- HP Knowledge
- Good understanding of data structures, data transformation, databases, SQL Query, schema systems, data transfer protocols
- Practical experience with IT Service Management tools such as: Microfocus, ServiceNow, TomCat, BMC remedy, HP SM etc.
- ITIL v3 certification
- Understanding of the scope, risk and impact of a release
- Fluent in written and spoken English

Nice to have: German
- High level of initiative, customer focus and solving problem attitude
- Process improvement oriented
- Ability to make clear recommendations and decisions
- Driving license B
